1. Files you process
For supported BeOutMeta utilities, file processing is designed to occur in your web browser. The source file does not need to be uploaded to our application server for the tool to perform its core operation. Your browser may keep temporary in-memory representations while the page is open.
2. Normal website requests
Like other websites, hosting infrastructure can receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date, time and diagnostic or security logs. This is separate from the local processing of the file you select.
3. Third-party scripts
Some pages may load third-party libraries required for a feature. If analytics or advertising is enabled, those providers may also receive information through ordinary web requests, cookies or similar technologies. The production site should disclose the exact providers actually configured.
4. Advertising
This template includes optional Google AdSense integration points, but advertising is disabled until the site owner adds valid publisher configuration. When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies according to their policies and applicable consent requirements.
5. Consent management
If advertising or analytics requires consent in a visitor's region, the site owner must configure an appropriate consent solution. For Google advertising in regions where Google requires a certified consent management platform, a production deployment should use a compliant CMP rather than relying on a custom decorative banner.
6. Analytics
Analytics is disabled in the distributed template unless a valid measurement ID is added to config.js. When enabled, the site owner should update this policy and configure consent behavior as required.
